Cold Water Calm
This is a 60 - 90 minute in-classroom or webinar workshop. Where participants will learn the basics of how our body process’s stress, how cold water can aid in manage acute onset of feeling of overwhelm, and learn and practice skills that will help expand ones capacity for managing stress. These skills involve using ice packs, specific breathing techniques, and various ways to use a mindfulness practice. To end the session of learning I will take clients through a guided meditation practice.

In Nature: with Sauna and Cold Plunge
Step into a transformative 1.5-hour experience that blends the power of cold water immersion, heat therapy, and mindfulness to help you reset your nervous system and build resilience. This guided retreat experience invites you to explore the contrast between cold water tubs and a warm sauna, teaching you how to use temperature shifts to reduce stress, enhance mental clarity, build mental and physical resiliency .
Through breathwork, mindfulness techniques, and intentional movement, you’ll learn to stay present and cultivate a sense of calm, even in discomfort.
Use of Wildwood sauna located in Mechosin has been used in the past.
However with mobile saunas available to rent, I would take care of all the details to bring this to your chosen location.
