If you need a workshop for Pro-D day, 1/2 or full day Executive Retreat – I've got you covered! I ensure that everyone enjoys their time and leaves with valuable insights.

My experience includes facilitating a Vision Board team-building workshop for a Board of Directors and conducting full-day workshops teaching medical professionals the therapeutic skill of Motivational Interviewing. Additionally, I regularly teach goal setting, mindfulness, and practical wellness skills.

I will be attuned to both the group's dynamics and the material being presented. I infuse each session with a sense of humour and create a welcoming environment where people feel empowered to step out of their comfort zones and embrace new experiences.
