Feeling stressed? Overwhelmed? Maybe just curious about why people voluntarily freeze themselves for "health benefits"? Join us for Cold Water Calm, a workshop where you'll learn to hack your nervous system using mindfulness and cold exposure. Through guided breathing, mindful meditation, and just the right amount of icy discomfort, you’ll train your body and mind to stay cool under pressure (literally). We’ll break down the science behind why cold exposure works, how breathwork keeps you from freaking out, and why gratitude flows more freely when you’re not letting your emotions take over in the heat of the moment. Walk away with practical tools to stress less, breathe better, and handle life’s chaos like a pro.
