I design and deliver impactful workshops, retreats, and trainings that bring meaningful conversations to life—whether it’s in a boardroom, a hospital, or a cozy community space. From leading executive retreats and vision board sessions to teaching the Foundations of Motivational Interviewing and the art of creating impactful dialogue, my work is rooted in connection, self-awareness, and skill-building.

I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of professionals including board members, clinical staff (think social workers, nurses, doctors, and counselors), and members of the general public who are simply curious about growing, learning, or just figuring out how to talk to other humans in a more meaningful way.

My approach? Interactive, insightful, and just the right amount of irreverent. Yes, we explore challenging topics like self-awareness, behavior change, and communication—but we also laugh (because let’s face it, personal growth doesn’t have to feel like a root canal).
